wow....
when i read the news about "black gold" in ghana, i was like oh my god..finally ghana is going to be rich and wealthy...the living standard is going to change...from rags to riches...but then it striked me...Ghana has been having gold for ages, but the country and it citizens are struggling the curable or perhaps uncurable disease "poverty"....the oil finding along the shores is said to be flowing by 2014...now this might sound like it will be taking centuries...but its actually just 7 years from this year....the president, if i can explain it this way...has already been bragging on the founding...this i find very incredible not so suprising...this happend during an interview with BBC...
Being a fellow Ghanaian, now mind my optimistic attitude...it is such an incredible feeling that oil has been discovered in ghana...I now find myself believing that there is hope for Ghana, and the citizens...properity and the end of poverty...well starting with solving the problems of electricity in the country...and other major issues, as there are no issues that are minor in Ghana...
Our "black gold" will probably be solving a problem or two....i cant wait...
